Between 18:30 and 08:00. Monday to Friday, all day at weekends, and on bank holidays, your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
In a medical emergency you can access urgent paramedical help by calling 999.

If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent and same day appointments, please call and speak to the receptionist during normal opening hours.
Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.
Extended access at Clement Road Medical Centre
Clement Road Medical Centre is open from 18:30 to 20:30 every Wednesday evening for late appointments. Should we be closed due to essential training then an alternative day will be selected for late opening.
